It’s been a wild first three weeks since our public beta launch, and we’ve been working hard to enhance many aspects of our Voxox service. We’ve had an overwhelmingly positive response from around the world to what is the world’s first and only “Universal Communicator.”

Today there is a brand new version (version 1.0.1) for you to download! Thank you for jumping in as an early adopter and helping us test, debug and improve Voxox. A list of new features and bug fixes for this release can be found in the change log. Here are some highlights:

New Additions

  • Status field set to your auto-response message when away

  • Facebook icons link out to friends' profiles so you can write on their wall, private message them, etc.

  • View Facebook contact photos from their Voxox Profile

  • Text Message window remembers Mobile Numbers

  • Chat to Email window remembers emails addresses

Bug Fixes

  • Call-Back (Web and SMS) fully functional

  • Fixed Crash bug when ending calls

  • Added default group for new contacts to be saved

  • Login screen text updated to "Login Automatically"

  • Web Portal login back online

The next Voxox release is already in the works and may be ready as soon as next week! Please continue to submit feature suggestions, bug reports and comments in our forums.

Some of the major updates we are working on include a new and improved user interface, more efficient memory utilization, smoother and faster SMS functionality, enhanced Facebook integration, MySpace integration, Outlook and Mac address book integration, and much more.

See more current and upcoming features on our Features Page. Remember that you earn 2 hours of additional call time for referring friends to try Voxox!
