Being Put on Hold Isn’t So Bad … When the Music is Rockin’

That’s right, hold music, the very definition of distraction. Making sure the person you are putting on the back burner for a second isn’t thinking about having been put on said burner in the first place, I mean– ever spent 45 seconds with pure silence? Feels like 45 minutes, but put a little hold music to it and Voila! it’s not so bad. There are exceptions to the rule of course, for example, if the hold music is talk radio, dentist commercials, or country music. With VoxOx however, that can all change.
