Like most people out there, if I don’t recognize the number, I don’t pick up the phone. Although this method of screening works "60 percent of the time, every time," sometimes I wish I had just taken the chance and answered after realizing it was someone I actually wanted to talk to—not to mention the hassle of listening to a voicemail and then playing phone tag to get them back on the line!
