In fact, a recent report from market research firm ResearchMoz projects the sector will explode from $34.7 billion in 2013 to $123 billion in 2019, with a large chunk of the growth owing to the businesses adoption of cloud-based phone and communications systems.

Through the years, you may have heard some of your more pragmatic friends and family say that they only feel comfortable relying on what they can see and touch.
