Voxox just announced that its latest updates for Cloud Phone include two-way SMS support for toll free numbers, as well as enhancements to the admin interface and user experience. Today we announced that Voxox's flagship offering, Cloud Phone, is gaining a new distribution network in the Middle East and North Africa region through partner Virtustream. According to the new agreement, Virtustream will be working closely with operators and other service providers in the area to partner with Voxox to resell Cloud Phone under their own brand. Voxox Cloud Phone just went mobile with a new app.  The app complements our original Cloud Phone web service, but it also has some exclusive features. Also noteworthy is that this new mobile app is the first product to use Voxox's patent-pending VoIP codec, which has outperformed Skype, Line, and We Chat in recent MOS tests evaluating voice quality, particularly in poor connectivity environments. Check out the press release below to get the info! 

We just got a really cool recognition from ChannelProSMB - Voxox was named a "Vendor on the Vanguard 2016" in the Unified Communications category, and one key reason is Voxox Cloud Phone!

ChannelProSMB compiles an annual list of "lesser-known innovators you may not have heard of yet, but will be glad to know better" based on the suggestions of analysts and industry influencers. The list is published in the ChannelProSMB March 2016 print issue cover story, which highlights 2-3 companies per industry category. Voxox is on p.24. Here's a quote:

Voxox is doing a big promo for channel partners this month. For SIP trunking or hosted PBX deals turned in between March 16 and March 31, Voxox will be giving partners a 200 percent SPIFF -- that's 200 percent of the deal's first month revenue!  So, for a deal that's $300 per month, a partner would get a $600 bonus plus their regular commission. And, if this partner turns the deal in at the Channel Partners show this week, said partner will also get a $100 gift card on top!  Not bad, right?

Today we announced that we've joined Convey Engage, a program designed to ease communication between solution providers and their master agents with a combination of its online agent engagement portal and structured agent marketing services. Voxox has two goals for its participation with Convey Engage: streamlining content sharing for existing channel partners through Convey's cloud-based solution that hosts and delivers content (such as training materials, promotions and events); and expanding the Voxox footprint by networking with new master agencies that are also partnered with Convey.
