Today we announced that we've joined Convey Engage, a program designed to ease communication between solution providers and their master agents with a combination of its online agent engagement portal and structured agent marketing services. Voxox has two goals for its participation with Convey Engage: streamlining content sharing for existing channel partners through Convey's cloud-based solution that hosts and delivers content (such as training materials, promotions and events); and expanding the Voxox footprint by networking with new master agencies that are also partnered with Convey.

We recently wrote about research from MobileSquared and Tyntec that emphasized the importance of voice calling in the OTT communications market. The report noted that operators will lose up to a whopping $14 billion over the next year as consumers continue to rely on OTT communications as a means of connecting. However, another stat that stood out to us was as follows:

This week, the Voxox team is at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain exhibiting the latest and greatest Voxox features and services available through its Voxox For Operators program.  This program enables operators to offer innovative OTT services to their subscribers through a partnership with Voxox. In addition to our demos, we've just made an announcement this morning about our new user survey results that shed some light on what consumers want from their OTT communications apps.
