What's a Tweet Chat, you ask?  A Tweet Chat is a real-time, digital speaking panel conducted exclusively on Twitter!  The goal of this first ever Voxox Tweet Chat is to discuss key issues in the SMB space with seasoned experts, ranging from analysts, to media, to business leaders. 

Our Hosted PBX solution just won the 2014 Unified Communications TMC Labs Innovation Award! Winners were announced via TMCnet press release this week and will be published in the December issue of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine. The TMC Labs Innovation Award honors products that have demonstrated innovation, unique features, and noteworthy developments toward improving communications technology.

Our fearless leader, Bryan Hertz, has been selected as a finalist in the 2015 San Diego Business Journal Most Admired CEO Awards! 

Recently someone I know (not me, I swear) was dumped in a text message. I think she was more shocked about how he broke up with her than she was about the actual breakup, and after seeing his cowardly approach, she and I agreed she was well rid of him. It was the equivalent of the Sex and the City episode where Berger breaks up with Carrie on a Post-It note.

As a small business owner, making clients feel valued and special is paramount to your success. Even without the big budget of a large company your business can still leave a tremendous impression on customers. By providing excellent customer service, you can separate your company from the competition. It can also help you to develop word of mouth advertising which is always the best type of free marketing.  Fostering rapport with your clients is also an effective way to get people talking about your business.

Big news for Voxox!  We just announced this morning that Voxox made Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ list - a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America!  This prestigious recognition is based on fiscal year revenue growth between 2009 and 2013.
