When Disaster Strikes, You’ll be Thankful for Your Small Business Virtual Phone

Posted by Ian LeWinter on Mar 26, 2014

Through the years, you may have heard some of your more pragmatic friends and family say that they only feel comfortable relying on what they can see and touch. In many instances this is probably a sound philosophy. But when it comes to phone systems, it is a pure fallacy. The fact is, a small business virtual phone system offers peace of mind that a legacy PBX simply cannot match.

Wired business telephone solutions, while eminently touchable, are susceptible to various failures and disruptions. If a heat wave causes a major power outage, for example, a legacy phone system goes down. A hardware malfunction? Down. A tree branch falls on a power line? Out. A new deployment installed incorrectly? Kaputt.

Voxox Introduces Virtual PBX Service “Cloud Phone”

Posted by Tristan Barnum on Feb 23, 2014

Big news today! We've officially announced Cloud Phone, a new virtual PBX service designed for one-10 person businesses. Cloud Phone’s features go beyond the scope of Voxox's consumer applications, but are more basic than Voxox's hosted IP-PBX and SIP trunking business phone solution.

The all Web-based service provides a dedicated business telephone number, supports multiple users per account, and integrates sophisticated call routing and voicemail-to-email delivery within a sleek, simple design. It's accessible and cost-effective for even the smallest of businesses! We have three subscription options, ranging from $19.95 to $49.95 and a 30 day free trial.

We'll be demo'ing Cloud Phone this week at Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Spain, February 24-27, 2014 (Booth #1E43 – Hall 1) and at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo held in Las Vegas, Nevada, February 26-28, 2014 (Booth #4036). Posted by Aimee Eucce on Feb 05, 2014

Today, VoIP services are a perfect match for growing companies because the service expands along with business needs. 6 Ways a Virtual PBX Service Gives Your Business a Professional Edge

Posted by Natasha Grach on Jan 14, 2014

If you’re like most busy entrepreneurs, you have trouble keeping your professional and personal phone lines separate and are desperately seeking a solution -- read on to find out how a virtual PBX service can solve your headache and give you a professional edge.

Let’s say you own a mobile car wash business and are always on-the-go washing and detailing cars while their owners are stuck in their cubicles. You’re in the middle of hosing down a Bentley when your phone starts to buzz. Your hands are wet and you can’t reach it in time.
